What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely happy with your order, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return — as long as it's unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags attached. To start a return, simply reach out to us at support@scarletbrown.com and we'll take care of the rest.

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 15 minutes of ordering. After this timeframe, orders are automatically processed in our system and requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.

How can I return an item?
Returning an item is simple. Contact us at support@scarletbrown.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package. Just make sure your item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags attached — and you're good to go.

What are your delivery costs?
We offer free delivery on all orders across the United States.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we deliver only in the United States.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your package. You can also use our Track your order page.
